Scorall General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of services offered by Scorall.
Services offered
The site provides users with free access to part of the site. Scorall also offers a premium subscription allowing users to access exclusive sports data. Before any order, the user must create an account on the site.
Free trial period
Scorall offers a one-week free trial period to new users. At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically switch to the chosen paid plan, unless canceled by the user before the end of the trial.
Price and payment
Subscription prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure means indicated on the site. The acquisition of a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to registration. Currently, the prices displayed on Scorall are exclusive of VAT, as we are not subject to its application. However, if our situation changes and the application of VAT becomes mandatory, it may be added to the prices of the services offered. In this case, the amount of VAT will be reflected in the final price. Scorall also reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated transparently to users.
Duration and renewal
The subscription is valid for a fixed period (annual). It is automatically renewed unless deactivated by the user before the due date.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services immediately accessible after purchase. The terms of this site are governed by French law, and any disputes or litigation that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the company's headquarters are located. The reference language for the settlement of any disputes is French.
Termination
The user can terminate their subscription at any time in their profile, but no refund will be made for the current period.
Liability
Scorall cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to external causes (maintenance, technical problems, force majeure).
Data protection
Personal data collected during the purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disputes and applicable law
These GTCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
